MEET CHAUNTÉ GILMORE

Chaunté is a community and servant leader from NW OKC. She has lived in HD 100 for decades and is a proud product of Putnam City High School.  She received her Bachelor’s degree at Oklahoma State University in Allied Health and her Master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Mid-America Christian University. She has dedicated her life to healthcare and serves as a physical therapist assistant.

Chaunté serves as the Director Emeritus for New Leaders Council-The Oklahoma Chapter. She has served and held leadership positions in the following civic organizations; Oklahoma City Young Professionals, the Junior League of Oklahoma City, the Greater OKC Urban League Guild, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and is an alumna of Leadership Oklahoma City.

 

Chaunté was inducted into the OKC Young Professionals Hall of Fame this year for her dedication to moving Oklahoma forward. She has been recognized for her work in the NW OKC community by a variety of organizations including United Way of Central Oklahoma, was nominated as Women of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, graduated from the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, and sits on the Oklahoma Advisory Council appointed by Governor Brad Henry. 

Chaunté is ready to take her service to her community to the next level by representing them at the State Capitol!
